Team Charles Ludolph Mr. Ludolph is Senior Vice President of Stonebridge and manages the firm’s Europe and Russia practice. He has broad expertise in key industry sectors and relationships in Europe, stemming from a more than 30-year career at the Department of Commerce. Mr. Ludolph has been involved in developing commercial strategies for companies in Western and Central Europe, Russia and Central Asia. As Deputy Assistant Secretary for Europe, Mr. Ludolph negotiated several important transatlantic agreements covering tariffs, environment, standards and regulatory approvals, and personal data transfers.
