Team Richard Morningstar Ambassador Morningstar is Senior Director of Stonebridge and advises the firm’s clients on European Union and Caspian-related issues. Ambassador Morningstar previously served as U.S. Ambassador to the European Union, and as a Special Adviser for Caspian Basin energy and a State Department Adviser on assistance to the New Independent States of the former Soviet Union. Ambassador Morningstar also served as Senior Vice President for Policy and Investment Development at OPIC and was Chairman and CEO of Costar Corporation.
