Douglas (Pete) Peterson
Senior Director

Ambassador Peterson is Senior Director of Stonebridge, and advises the firm's clients on Southeast Asia-related matters. Resident in Australia and Thailand, he has a long history in the region, stemming from his service as the first post-war U.S. Ambassador to Vietnam. Ambassador Peterson previously served three terms as a member of the U.S. House of Representatives, and 26 years in the U.S. Air Force, during which he was a distinguished combat veteran of the Vietnam War.
