Henry (Hank) Levine
Senior Director
Mr. Levine is Senior Director for Stonebridge China, advising a broad range of the firm's clients on China-related strategies and plans. He has over 25 years of experience as a U.S. diplomat and trade negotiator and was recognized as one of the U.S. Governments top experts on economic trade relations with China. Before joining Stonebridge, Mr. Levine served four years as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Asia. In that capacity, he was senior Adviser to Secretaries Evans and Gutierrez on China trade policy and led negotiations with the Chinese government on bilateral trade issues. He also served at the U.S. Embassy in Beijing and as U.S. Consul General in Shanghai.
