Mr. Dogra has been helping foreign multinationals break into key sectors in India, including the insurance, automotive, telecom, and defense industries for nearly two decades. Previously, Mr. Dogra worked with the Central and State Governments to develop a conceptual framework for India's Special Economic Zone, as well as the privatization of the Indian airports.
