Jia Mingru

Mr. Jia is one of Chinas leading experts on intellectual property rights from both a legislative and a law enforcement perspective. Mr. Jia was the Chief Legal Representative of the Chinese State Council on Intellectual Property Rights and also served as the Vice Chairman of the Intellectual Property Leading Group under the State Council. He acted as one of Chinas major representatives in Sino-US negotiation on IPR protection and has seven years of experience in world trade negotiations.
