Amy Searight
Senior Advisor

Amy Searight is a Senior Advisor of Stonebridge and advises clients on Asia matters, with a particular focus on Japan and Korea. Dr. Searight was Assistant Professor of International Affairs at George Washington University, where she researched and taught Asian politics and international trade and financial relations. She also served in the U.S. Department of State on the Policy Planning Staff, where she helped formulate U.S. regional policy towards Asia, and as Special Advisor to the Ambassador for Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation. She received her Ph.D. in political science from Stanford University, and has held positions on the faculty of Northwestern University and as a Research Fellow at Harvard University.
