Daniel B. Wright
Senior Vice President
Dr. Wright is Senior Vice President for Stonebridge International, advising clients on China-related strategies and planning. He has 25 years of China experience building bridges between people, resources, and public policy, 8 of those years in China. Previously Dr. Wright served at the U.S. Treasury Department as Managing Director for China and the Strategic Economic Dialogue (SED) where he provided strategic counsel to the Secretary of Treasury Henry M. Paulson, Jr. and SED Special Envoy Alan F. Holmer. Prior to that Dr. Wright served as Vice President of the National Bureau of Asian Research (NBR); Executive Director of the Hopkins-Nanjing Program of Johns Hopkins SAIS; Fellow with the Institute of Current World Affairs; and Manager of Asian Affairs for Andreae, Vick & Associates. He began his career as a translator at the Foreign Language Bureau in Beijing.
