Roger C. Altman
Roger Altman is Chairman of Evercore Partners Inc, an investment and
merchant-banking firm, which he co-founded in 1996. Mr. Altman served
as Deputy Treasury Secretary 1993 to 1995. From 1987 through 1992, he
was Vice Chairman of The Blackstone Group, where he led that firm's merger
advisory business. Prior to that, he spent 14 years at Lehman Brothers,
where he was Managing Director, Co-Head of Investment Banking, and member
of the Management Committee and the Board of Directors. Mr. Altman is
a member of the President's Economic Intelligence Advisory Board and the
Council on Foreign Relations.

Thomas J. Donohue
Tom Donohue is President and Chief Executive Officer of the U.S. Chamber
of Commerce, the world's largest business federation, representing three
million companies and organizations. Under his leadership, the major themes
of the Chamber have been advancing free trade, promoting legal reform,
bolstering the country's leadership in technology and improving the standing
of business. Prior to his current post, Donohue served for 13 years as
the president and CEO of the American Trucking Associations (ATA). Previously,
he was a group vice president of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce for eight
years. Mr. Donohue is a member of ACTPN, the President's Advisory Committee
for Trade Policy and Negotiations, which provides overall policy and advice
on matters concerning objectives and bargaining positions before entering
into a trade agreement and other matters arising in connection with U.S.
trade policy.

Craig L. Fuller
Craig L. Fuller is President & CEO of the National Association of
Chain Drug Stores (NACDS). Prior to joining NACDS, he was Managing Director
& Chairman of Global Board Services at Korn/Ferry International. Previously,
he was President of the Wexler Group until its acquisition by Hill &
Knowlton where Mr. Fuller served as President of its U.S. Operations and
head of worldwide public affairs. Prior, he was Senior Vice President
for Corporate Affairs at Philip Morris Companies and also served as Chairman
of the 1992 Republican National Convention. Mr. Fuller has an extensive
background in federal affairs, having served as Assistant to the President
for Cabinet Affairs for President Ronald Reagan and Chief of Staff to
Vice President George Bush. He later served as Co-Director of President-elect
Bush's Presidential transition team. Mr. Fuller is a trustee of the John
F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and the George Bush Presidential
Library, and serves on the board of Capital Automotive REIT.

Lee Hamilton
Lee Hamilton is President and Director of the Woodrow Wilson International
Center for Scholars, and served as Vice-Chair of the National Commission
on Terrorist Attacks on the United States (popularly known as the 9/11
Commission). He is currently a member of the President's Foreign Intelligence
Advisory Board, and with former Secretary of State James Baker, Co-Chairs
the Iraq Study Group. Previously, Mr. Hamilton served 34 years in the
U.S. Congress, chairing multiple committees including the House Committee
on Foreign Affairs, the Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and
the Select Committee to Investigate Covert Arms Transactions with Iran.
Since leaving government, he has served as a commissioner on the influential
U.S. Commission on National Security in the 21st Century (the Hart-Rudman
Commission), and was co-chair with former Senator Howard Baker of the
Baker-Hamilton Commission to Investigate Certain Security Issues at Los
Alamos.

Richard Trutanic
Mr. Trutanic is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset & Company, a private investment and asset management firm, focused on private equity and alternative investments for institutional and wealthy family clients. Previously, Mr. Trutanic was a partner, Senior Managing Director, and member of the Board of Directors of Groupe Arnault S.A, a private investment holding company owning controlling interests in Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy and Christian Dior, as well as interests in numerous enterprises and investment funds in the U.S., Europe and Asia. An accomplished senior investment executive, Mr. Trutanic also previously served as a Managing Director of the Carlyle Group, a leading global private equity firm. Mr. Trutanic serves on several private company boards. He is a member of the advisory board of several insitutional investment firms and is a Trustee of the New York Life Mainstay institutional and retail mutual funds.

Ernesto Zedillo
Ernesto Zedillo Ponce de León served as President of Mexico from
1994 to 2000 and is a member of the Stonebridge Board of Advisors. Zedillo
began his career by working in the Bank of Mexico (Mexico's central bank),
where he supported the adoption of macroeconomic policies for the country's
improvement. By 1987 he was named under-secretary of Planning and Budget
Control in the Secretariat of Budget and Planning. He is also a member
of the board of directors of Procter & Gamble, Alcoa, the Global Development
Network (GDN) and Electronic Data Systems.
