With offices in Beijing, Shanghai and Washington, DC, our team includes three former WTO negotiators and local staff with extensive knowledge of a range of sectors, including transportation, insurance, Internet, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, entertainment, mining, and high technology. Our team has extensive experience working in China from a multinational perspective.

Second, our team has a broad network of relationships, within the central government but also throughout the influential provincial and municipal governments. China’s provinces are an increasing focus for businesses considering entering or expanding in China. As a result, companies are paying closer attention to lower levels of government as they play a more critical role in the success of a company’s operations. We currently have projects in more than half of China’s provinces and Hong Kong. In addition, we have built strong networks in China’s business community, among both state-owned enterprises and the growing private sector.
