Samuel R. Berger Samuel R. Berger is Co-Chairman and co-founder of Stonebridge International, LLC. He is involved across nearly all the firm's engagements and regions, with a particularly strong focus on Asia, Russia and Central Asia and the Middle East. He is also Chairman of the DB Zwirn Global Advisory Board, an international investment fund and merchant capital provider with more than $4 billion in capital under management and 15 offices throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Mr. Berger has had a distinguished career in both the public and private sectors. As former National Security Advisor, Mr. Berger was pivotal in shaping America's role in the post-Cold War era. Through his efforts to build relations with China, managing financial crises in Asia and Latin America, driving critical peace negotiations in the Balkans and the Middle East, and expanding foreign trade, he worked closely with leaders around the world. Mr. Berger's extensive relationship and knowledge of global issues is further strengthened by his corporate background with the Washington law firm of Hogan & Hartson, where he headed the firm's international trade group. Earlier, Mr. Berger served as Deputy Director of the State Department's Policy Planning Staff, Special Assistant to former New York City Mayor John Lindsay and Legislative Assistant to former U.S. Senator Harold Hughes (Iowa) and Congressman Joseph Resnick (N.Y.). Back to Top^ H.P. Goldfield H.P. Goldfield is Vice Chairman of Stonebridge International, LLC. He is responsible for developing and executing Washington-based strategies in support of the business goals of Stonebridge’s international clients. He also leads the Middle East and India practice groups of the company. In his prior public sector service, Mr. Goldfield served as Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Trade Development. This experience and others have provided Mr. Goldfield with extensive expertise on international trade and investment issues. Mr. Goldfield was previously a Member of the Board of Directors of the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the Export-Import Bank of the United States (ex-officio). He also served as a member of the White House staff under President Ford and as Associate Counsel to President Reagan. In addition, he served as a member of the National Finance Committee for the Bush-Quayle '88 and '92 Presidential campaigns and as Director of Congressional Liaison for Dole/Kemp ‘96. He was a member of the National Finance Committee for the Bush-Cheney 2000 Presidential campaign and was active in the 2004 campaign. Mr. Goldfield is a member of the Board of Advisors of the Middle East Institute, and a Member of the Board of Directors of Black and Veatch Holding company, the National Chamber Foundation Board and the Israel Policy Forum. Back to Top^ Anthony S. Harrington Anthony S. Harrington is President and co-founder of Stonebridge International, LLC. He leads the firm's Latin America practice and investment industry practices. As former U.S. Ambassador to Brazil, Mr. Harrington worked closely with U.S. companies and leaders in Brazil and elsewhere in Latin America to strengthen business and economic ties. His service as U.S. Ambassador caps a distinguished private sector career as a corporate attorney and entrepreneur. Mr. Harrington was previously a senior partner of Hogan & Hartson and co-founded several telephony/technology firms, two of which were sold for over $1 billion, including Telecom*USA, the fourth largest U. S. long distance telephone company prior to its merger with MCI. As a holding company investor, he was also instrumental in the creation of Mindspring, Intercall and PowerTel, sold in 2000 for over $7 billion. In addition, Mr. Harrington is Chairman of Civitas Group, an affiliated security industry investment and consulting firm, and a trustee of the Kenan Institute for Private Enterprise. He also served as Chairman of the President's Intelligence Oversight Board, Vice Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board and a member of the congressionally-created Commission on the Roles and Capabilities of the U. Warren Mr. Warren is Chief Operating Officer of Stonebridge and is responsible for the firm’s overall management, client service and business development activities. Prior to joining Stonebridge, Mr. Warren was Vice President for Corporate Development at Horne Engineering Services where he led efforts to integrate the firm’s operations, business development, and financial activities. Prior to that, he worked at McKinsey & Company, both as a strategic consultant in the technology and financial institutions industries and as a fellow of the McKinsey Global Institute. Mr. Warren also served as the Executive Director of the White House National Economic Council. A Rhodes Scholar, Mr. Warren is a Trustee and Operations Committee Chair of the District of Colombia Retirement Board. Back to Top^ Warren Rudman Warren Rudman

He previously served two terms in the U.S. Senate as a Republican representing New Hampshire, and also was Chairman of the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the U.S. Commission on National Security. Back to Top^ Richard Trutanic Mr. Trutanic is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Somerset & Company, a private investment management firm. Previously, Mr. Trutanic was a partner and Senior Managing Director of Groupe Arnault S.A.,a private investment holding company owning controlling interests in several public companies, including Luis Vuitton Moet Hennessy and Christian Dior, as well as equity interests in diverse private enterprises and investment funds in the U.S., Europe and Asia. An accomplished senior investment executive, Mr. Trutanic also served as a Managing Director and Senior Advisor to the Carlyle Group, a leading global private equity firm. Mr. Trutanic currently serves on several private company boards and as a Trustee of the New York Life Mainstay Funds, a $60 billion family of institutional and retail mutual funds.
