HANK LEVINE, SENIOR COMMERCE OFFICIAL AND CHINA EXPERT, JOINS STONEBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL

Additions in Beijing and Washington Extend Firm's China Reach

WASHINGTON, DC - September 05, 2006 - Stonebridge International, a leading international business strategy firm, announced today that former Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Asia, Henry A. (Hank) Levine, has joined the firm as Senior Vice President. The addition of two senior- level advisers in Beijing, William Dong and Lloyd Zhang, and Jessica Acimovic in Washington, expands our team in China and the range of expertise offered to the firm's clients.

His experience and judgment is complemented by the additions of William and Lloyd in Beijing and Jessica in Washington, and together they broaden both the range of services we offer our clients and our ability to operate effectively across the dynamic China landscape."

Hank Levine, one of the US Government's top China experts, served most recently as Deputy Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Asia, where he was responsible for market access and compliance issues affecting U.S. companies operating in Asia. A career Foreign Service Officer and fluent Chinese speaker, Hank served in numerous positions in the region and in Washington, including as Consul General in Shanghai, the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, and on economic issues within the State Department's Office of Chinese Affairs and at USTR. Hank is a graduate of Bucknell University, and studied at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy and the U.S. National War College.

William Dong has joined the firm as Managing Director for the Beijing office. He has over 15 years of corporate consulting and business development experience, focused on government relations, strategy implementation and operations of foreign- invested enterprises in China. Previously, William has worked for both foreign multinationals and state- owned enterprises, including Mitsubishi and the China State Shipbuilding Corporation, where his activities included lease financing, capital-raising, industrial project implementation in the transportation sector and corporate diversification strategy. He holds an MBA from Peking University and Fordham University, and is the author of numerous publications on business in China.

Lloyd Zhang joins the firm as Managing Director for the Beijing office, bringing his extensive legal consulting background to Stonebridge. Lloyd formerly served in the legal department of a major electronics manufacturer in China and as a legal assistant and business advisor for a prominent New York law firm. Previously, he was a lecturer and recruiter for entrepreneurial training programs in New York.

In Washington, Jessica Acimovic, joins the firm as Director and coordinates client programs in China. She joined Stonebridge from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, where she was Director of Corporate Programs and implemented programs and events relating to U.S. trade and investment in Asia. Previously, she served as Assistant Director for Asia/Deputy Director of Programs for the US-Korea Business Council within the Chamber.

These additions enhance Stonebridge's leading China practice, comprised of professionals in Beijing, Shanghai and Washington, DC. The firm's China team includes three former US and Chinese trade negotiators and a local staff with extensive knowledge of a range of sectors, including transportation, insurance, internet, energy, financial services, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, entertainment, mining, and high technology.
