NAMED CO-CHAIRMAN OF STONEBRIDGE INTERNATIONAL

As a member of the Appropriations Committee, he was on the Subcommittees on Defense and Commerce, Justice, State, where he served as Chairman. In addition to his two terms in the Senate, Rudman also has served as Chairman of the President’s Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board and Co-Chair of the U.S. Commission on National Security. He is currently a member of the Senior Advisory Group to the Director of National Intelligence In 2001, Rudman was awarded the Presidential Citizens Medal by President Bill Clinton in recognition of his years of devoted public service. Additionally, he was presented the National Intelligence Distinguished Service Medal by the CIA and the Department of Defense Distinguished Service Medal. In the corporate arena, Senator Rudman serves on the Board of Directors of Boston Scientific and is a Trustee of several funds of the Dreyfus Corporation. He has served as Lead Director of the Raytheon Company and a member of the Board of Directors of Chubb Corporation. He has led major internal reviews on corporate governance and business practices for several companies and organizations, including Fannie Mae, Boeing and the National Association of Securities Dealers. Additionally, he has served as a partner and continues Of Counsel to the international law firm Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Senator Rudman co-founded the Concord Coalition and is an honorary trustee of the Aspen Institute and Brookings.
